Oh no, please do not hesitate. Personal/Emotional bias is sometimes a good and sometimes a bad thing - so I feel it is very important to get another perspective.
Thanks for the feedback.
The fog effect was probably the main effect I was looking for with the dead tree and birds complementing it. |

Thanks, Ian. I do see consistent feedback in terms of cropping so will try out a different composition/crop from the existing image. |

Thanks for your comment, Sherry. Anhingas are very similar to Darters or Snakebirds. |

400mm f5.6 is a brilliant lens. A very light and sharp EF lens. Thanks for your kind words, Dave. |

A beautiful winterscape image, nice flow to the stream, nice lighting and skies. I love reflections on the seemingly still water. Lovely composition. |

Wow, something that a painter would love. Nice composition. Pelican is a bit too centered but it still looks good. Maybe it's the 1MB limitation on the image, but the softness of the frame , makes it look like a nice painting. Very calming and serene image.

Fantastic naturescape shot. I love the flow of the water and the mountain ranges that provide a perfect backdrop. Color of the water, low clouds and green cover on the right - give lovely contrast. Finally the sense of scale is achieved by the boat at the right spot in the frame. Loved it. |

Stunning landscape shot Dave. I like the element that very subtle diagonal flow of the mountain range. Beautiful framing and love the lighting, although I did feel the bottom right foreground is a touch too bright.
Using Butch's submission, I am now imagining how the Milky Way shot with this frame would look like! :)

Even though I have not been very successful in shooting MW, I love this genre a lot. This surely is a stunning shot. There are few elements which looked uneven in terms of light on certain cacti but as you explained, it was your preferred choice of lighting(using light painting) and composition. I love the frame - motion of the small clouds, MW and the foreground bring out beautiful elements in a natural setup. |

Beautiful sunset shot. Amazing lighting and nice framing of the sail.
I would probably exclude the shoreline as it distracts my view a little bit. Amazing shot nevertheless. |

Thanks for the feedback, will check out the crop a bit more.
400mm f/5.6 EF lens is a classic lens. Very light and super sharp. One of my favorite lens when I have to move around a lot looking for birds. |

Love the angle of the frame. Beautiful in-action feeding shot. It may inspire someone to paint. |

Beautiful shot Andrea. Welcome to the group.
Love the colors and the sunlit mountains. However, as Dave mentioned, I would have loved to see the full peak. The mist and mirror reflections are something I absolutely love in a landscape. You have done an amazing job at that. |

Beautiful shot, the parallel frame looks amazing. I am sucker for reflections. I totally love the reflections that get kicked here. Love the shot. |
