This is a cool image. Mysterious and inviting. I have never tried this, think I will. |

This is a great concept. I really like the painterly look. I find the image very interesting. |

I agree with Pat and Jerry. To me the background is way too grainy and the red flowers too oversaturated. What you did with the white pitcher if very good. I think if it were mine I would have kept the natural background, changed the pitcher to white like you did and then desaturate the red flowers to almost a black and white to show more detail and then and just a hint of red to them. |

I agree with with both Pat and Jerry. I guess if you are going to use the Psychedelic selection then you need to push it a lot harder to make it really "far out". |

Pat, you did an excellent job of blurring out the background and getting rid of all the clutter. Your image tells a wonderful, happy story and makes me smile and wish I were that young again. |

I get what you are doing and can appreciate it, however if it were my image I think I would have left the entire Capitol Reef in the image (since it is so iconic) and maybe gone a little easier on the color change. But I have to admit that it is amazing how much color you can pull out of a pile of rocks;}. I did the same thing with some of my Death Valley images. |
