For all your work, you hit a home-run. Your choice of a black ground is excellent. The fact that a couple of petals right and left in back are not in perfect focus doesn't bother me at all. My eyes are immediately attracted to the middle of the two center blossoms. I grow orchids also and I find your purple and yellow very attractive. Well done. |

Great detail Cindy! It does tell a story. I wondered how you adjusted the photo to get it level and pulled it around so it fully faces the front. So you flipped it horizontally to get that done along with some leveling. Good contrast and lighting. And the woodened table (?) setting is just right. |

I can see why the cabin lasted so long! The subject sure stands out from the background. But I also see two options that might have been possible--get closer or much farther away. Closer to more fully appreciate the cabin detail or farther away so we see much more landscape and thereby understand more of the context. |

I have never seen a white Great Blue Heron. A first glance, I thought this was a B/W photo. Is the heron really white? Over-exposed? Otherwise, this is a good photo with space to the left of the bird, no dead space and nothing to distract from the subject. |

Very creative, graceful, good color! After looking at this for awhile, I don't feel any different, I am not moved. For me it remains a radish and cup. The cup is very modern and, for me, doesn't go with a radish plant. Maybe I am too old to fully appreciate it! |

I like this Bai. Beautiful colors. The people walking toward the center of the photo cause my eyes to make the same movement and then the radiating black lines bring me out again. Well done. |
