Well done Charlie, very sharp focus, nice slightly blurred water background, and nice space to the left side of the image. The feather pattern cries out to be an enlargement for us to appreciate. A slight increase in lighting of the bird to increase its contrast with the water (both seem about the same color and exposure) would improve the image for me.
Is the eagle carrying something? |

As one who has taken many fireworks photos, I can't help but wonder if these are two photos laid on top of each other? The photo is sharp and full of color! You caught the bursts at just the right time. For me, I would like to see more on the left side of the building. As it is, it seems like an abrupt ending of the building. |

A photo with a nice thought! The flies have good colors and line patterns. But I think the leaf patterns are too much competition against the flies. Maybe one leaf would have been enough to keep the attention on the flies. |

You certainly did a good job in post processing--so much lighter! Were there more nice clouds this side of the mountains? I was wondering if the horizon could be lowered bring them into the picture. I realize you would lose the rocks and what they add to a felling of depth, but more pink clouds, for me, would be a good trade-off. |

Nicely done, Ray. Her eyes and leaning causes me to think she has a question for the viewer! Her eyes are powerful almost demanding a response from the viewer. Her b/w dress and background cause her sky tones to stand out drawing our attention. Good job! |

Its a beautiful image David. Everything in the image is vertical, except for the table top, bring my eyes upward to enjoy the colorful flowers. As I tip my screen toward me, everything gets lighter, but I don't like that compared to keeping my screen slightly back making the background slightly darker which emphasizes the flowers. Well done! |
