Thanks Cindy. I have a lot of pics of Alabama waterfalls and thought this was the best because of the framing from the tree and the rocks on the other side. I,too, like some smoothness of flowing water. |

Nicely done, John. Everything about the photo seems clear, sharp and rich in green, blue and white. Can almost reach in and touch the mountains. Do you remember what focal length? And why f16? Is that the best for your lens? Your use of the graduated filter seems to have worked well. |

Very nice, Charlie! The light-purple with the sun light is beautiful. The picture is sharp and the diagonal stem is a nice dramatic touch. For me, I would clone out the bud and leave the blossom be the star of the show! |

Dramatic clouds and sun-light. Nice to see it take up 3/4th of the photo with various colors and light. In your description, you say "...there is panorama view of the Niigata city". Did you mean for the city to appear in the photo? The foreground is so dark that I can not see what it is. The background appears to be mountains, correct? Since the foreground is dark, an HRD photo might have brought out more detail in both foreground and background. Another possibility is to crop out the bottom section up to the water. Love that sky!! |

Nice photo of lots and lots of lines which look very sharp. With nothing but black and white in the photo, I would agree that monochrome is probably best. Did you do any cropping? |

Good close-up of armor detail. Looks sharp. Good cropping. Shows you were able to spot a very interesting part of the whole scene. You cloned out most of the background, but not all. For me, it would look better to have gotten out all of the background; the light area to the right of the soldier distracts me from the subject. |

Wonderful looking door. With your framing, so much to see, almost too much to appreciate! The "road" tiles lead the viewer into the subject, the complex door, then its dinner time--arch, house number, light above door, stone framing of door, etc. Well done Cindy. |
