Another excellent photo from Cindy! Everything about it seems just right--path to front door, no empty space, sharp, colorful, and balanced (trees right and left). |

Thanks for your comment about the upper half. I had not looked at it in that way. |

Well done, Ed! And an excellent title. Everything is sharp, good color in photo and subject fills the space. I like that the victrola is brightly colored and slightly off-center. The entire scene tells a story. |

Nice blue flowers with many of them facing us so we can see and appreciate the throat. Background is slightly blurred and dark. Partial sunlight on the petals is a nice touch. Very nice. My suggestion would be to see the subject of the photo as the five (a sixth hidden) blossoms. Therefore, crop out the blossoms on the left including the single in the background. |

Beautiful shade of red for the tulips. Front tulip is nice and sharp--able to see all the folds in the petals. There is something about this photo that, for me, isn't quite right. Maybe it is the light stems. Maybe holding a black poster board behind the three tulips would solve the problem so that the entire background is black. |

Well done, Ray. I really like it. I have just started doing something similar. Are some photos over-exposed? How did you get some tulips to appear "ghost" like? |
