ISO was 250 so ISO was not a problem. |

A classic Swan pose. Excellent composition, sharp and you have nicely controlled the exposure of the white feathers. Even the reflection is perfect. |

Good eye for a significant and unusual photo. Wish I could see more of the writing on the tombstones. Converting to B&W is smart and, as suggested by Cindy, adding the vignette would be a plus. |

Well done, Charlie. A powerful action shot. You have a lot of patience. In the future, you might try a slightly higher ISO so the f-stop can be increased to 8 or 11. You might then get the eagle body sharp as well as the wing tips. Is this location in Maryland where a damn is across the river, near Conowingo? If so, I was there a few years ago and while I saw eagles, never happened to see one get a fish. |

An excellent example of the "mundane" becoming something much better! Your photo makes us take a good long look at something we otherwise would pass by. I like seeing the kernels, the area around each, the brown silk, etc. I agree with Cindy about cropping and using it to reduce the background. Good eye Ray! |

Nice combination of boats and their reflections, colorful sky and silhouettes. An intriguing combination. For me the boats and their reflections is the subject. The sky colors and silhouettes are complimentary. Therefore, I would crop right and left and up from the bottom to the boats and their reflections. |

Had not intended to take this photo, but when I saw the lights, etc., decided I would. Did not have my tripod with me. "Tack sharp" focus when be a big improvement. |
