Welcome Vince and a very nice close-up as your first photo with us. The light area around the center quickly brings my eye to the center. Nice cropping and good color adjustment. Was this taken in RAW? Your adjustments are similar to what I do when I shoot in RAW. |

Hi Charlie: I like the white/green combination. The flowers are sharp and the background has a good blur. But I find, for me, the diagonal leaf (upper left to lower right)a distraction. Suggest you also consider cropping a little more from the right and then on the left, up to the bottom of the first leaf. I covered your photo with some paper with those crops and the photo then looks better to me. |

You're right Cindy. Your action does help to integrate the mountains and farm buildings. Thanks. |

Seems there is something about the air (pollution?)that causes the slight blue look. Photoshop has a "haze" reduction key. I used it and it was better, but not good. |

Beautiful, Cindy. Love the sharpness of the blossoms and their color. Good cropping. Might darken the two leaves in the upper right. |

Sure is plenty of action and story! The slight blurring in the bat and hands adds to the drama. Where is the ball? Has the batter hit it? I would like to see a photo of a left-handed batter so I could see the face which might show even more action, anguish? eyes, etc. I think the photo looks better with the catcher cropped out. For me, the batter is the subject. |

Nicely done, Richard. Its a beautiful photo. The bird is sharp, all the feathers look good and the surrounding area blurred. I like the blurred sea oats and grass both before and after the subject. The vignette is a nice touch. Even though the subject is not off center, in this case I see the subject as so strong that remaining in the center is appropriate. |
