Very nice image of the swan! The bird is in a good position to see the eye and the beautiful feathers. I prefer the original image because the feathers look more natural. The edited photo looks to over-sharpened and as if hit with a flash. The black background behind the bird is more pleasing. I love the reflections in the water in the original. |

I like the yellow building at the top of the frame, the white building on the left and the red lighthouse building. Kind of makes a triangle. The other thing I like is the water that has been smoothed out from the long shutter and the colorful sparkles. I think taking out the blue was the correct thing to do. As for what white balance, I think you could try a few different settings and see what you get. Your buildings seem to be leaning so perhaps you could straighten them. Very Nice Image! |

I like the idea of leaving space at the bottom and reducing the warm light. Thanks! |

Wow! You have really become an awesome bird photographer with those two shots. In my opinion, I prefer your second shot because I love the landing legs and the wings spread out in full action. The female is leaning toward him. So dynamic! Lighting is good too. Looks like side light from early morning sun. Very Nice! |

Wonderful image of a red wooden structure and its reflection in the water. I agree that it looks like it has been cut off at the top. But, with the image the way it is, I think cropping off the tree on the right and making it a vertical will zero in on the abstract lines of the red wood. My eye would be drawn to that structure too with the bright red and the reflection in the water. Well done! |

I have heard about the Himalayan Blue Poppies at Longwood Gardens but I have never been fortunate enough to see them or photograph them. I like how you photographed it and cropping it so that the center of the flower is to the left. Excellent job with stacking all those images! Stunning image! |

Beautiful scene. I like how you captured the lights coming on in the city just as the
sun is setting and the gorgeous orange sky! Something that might improve the image is: There are two dark spots in the center right which could be sensor spots. Also, I was curious about the varied speed. Very good scene of Taipei! |
