Hi Martin, Thanks for your comments. I do agree that the black sort of blends in. I will try lightning the area to see if I can make it stand out more. |

Hi Ling Ling, the blossom on the tree seems very bright, almost blown out, but it keeps drawing my eye as it is so pretty. I agree that the orange fence needs to go. The buildings are also interesting in their own right. |

Hi Henry, An interesting exercise! My first thought was that the vase was floating. Not sure how to "fix" this problem. Maybe introducing a vase shadow or maybe introducing a soft, darker area that very gradually fades out to nothing at the bottom to hint at a table might do the trick. Keep experimenting! |

Hi Don, you have an interesting image, but I find myself wondering what is inside the dark doorway. Is it possible to lighten that area so that we can see any detail hiding in there? |

Hi Janice, wihile your club might allow such heavy processing of a street photography image, there is probably nowhere ele that would, including international salons. I do like the story that is being told and I think you have done some impressive processing to bring out that story even further. |

Hi Catherine, your image is interesting. Have you thought about masking the horse to lighten it a bit. It is the hereo of the image, but seems to be a bit dark. |
