40 Mar 24 Comment Hi Catherine, this certainly does look abandoned. Here in Australia, we would be worried about snakes (especially the poisonous ones) that love to lie in grass and under corrugated iron. Mar 9th

40 Mar 24 Comment Hi Janice, This is such an interesting photograph. I like the way the stalk comes up from the bottom and gets swallowed by the leaves. I would like to suggest that you blacken out the background and just leave the plant. This would make people just look at the interesting plant. Mar 9th
40 Mar 24 Comment Hi Don, Yes, I do like your second crop better. It sits on the page well. I actually like the colour version better. Could you clone some of the foliage into the light areas behind the tree? I have looked hard, but I just cannot see the elves, fairies or witches that must live in or around this spooky tree. 40 Mar 24 Comment Hi Henry. I love the colours in this image and they way all of the leaves are placed and that the colours seem to run from one leaf to another. The only thing that I would do is to straighten it (or make the diagonal slats more obvious). I feel that there is just not enough 'slant' and it keeps taking my eye to the slats. Mar 9th
