Thanks for your comments Don. No, we weren't in a boat. We were standing knee deep in the sea and the wave surfers were showing off for the cameras. They were circling us, hence the trees in the background. |

Hi Don, this is an interesting image. I do like the B&W conversion. I wonder what a square crop would look like. I find there is too much to see in the portrait version and my eye just roams around. By having a smaller field it should make the seats stand out more. |

Hi Catherine. I love it. You have done such a great job adding the colour. The photo looks like a painting where the brush has been dragged around the canvas. As Don has said, perhaps you should try to sell copies of this image. I never would have guessed a bullet hole in glass! (I wonder if dropping the highlights a little might improve the image a little.) |

Hi Andrew, Something that Australia lacks is architecture of this age! Our country was settled in 1788. I do like Don's B&W version of the image. This makes the statue stand out really well. I must say that the manicured bushes look like cupcakes to me. Have you thought of cloning out the crutch? |
