40 Dec 20 Comment Hi Catherine, I love the horizon...or lack of it in this image. There are several dust bunnies (spots) in the sky that make me try to find more. Have you tried DeNoise AI by Topaz labs? It is brilliant at removing noise in images. There is a seven day trial that you can download and try. I like the colours in this image too. Dec 28th
40 Dec 20 Comment Hi Jamie, I was enjoying the beautiful colours and eerie light in this image. I then read your description and realised that you were showing me a bushfire. Congratulations for taking the time to photograph this scene. I agree that taking out the cars would improve the photo. Such a beautiful image at such an horrific time. Well done! Dec 28th
40 Dec 20 Comment Hi Anne, an interesting shot! As others have said, it looks a little over sharpened and pale, but my goodness! Such a lot of PhotoShop work! You must have a lot of patience. It does make the photo so much better though! Dec 28th
40 Dec 20 Comment Hi Henry, You have an interesting shot here. There is plenty to look at and that is part of the story you are telling. I do like the light play on her dress and face. I wonder if you could crop the top of the photo to remove the tower. You then could crop an equal amount off of the right hand side and still have a very interesting, thought provoking image. I think I would try darkening the background to try to make the "green lady" pop a little more. Great image! Dec 28th
40 Dec 20 Comment Hi Andrew. What a shot! I am quite happy with both crops, however there is a brighter area in the bottom left of the new crop that draws my eye continually. Could you burn that a little? I think you have a great composition and without having separation between the birds the story becomes quite strong.I think you have done a great job in capturing these birds that would have been in motion.
