Thanks Stuart! I hope you enjoyed your trips downunder and that you were lucky enough to actually hear, first hand, the beautiful song of the Kookaburra. |

Yes Sharon, it was exciting to be up so close to these birds. The make a beautiful song. Try googling the Kookaburra (from Australia) and listen to his song. This one had found a worm for his dinner. I appreciate your comments sand will try your suggestions. Thank you. |

Thanks Andrew, I had not thought of cropping closer to the bird, but it works. |

Hi Catherine, I think this is a great image. It would keep people interested if it was framed on the wall. The image makes my mind see all sorts of things. I don't think I would change anything. As Andrew said it may not get anywhere is competitions...unless it was in a creative section and then it should do well. |

Hi Alison, I hope the move went well and that you are finding your way in your new surroundings. Your photo is brilliant. It conveys the empty feeling of moving house. |

Hi Jamie, Never having been to Iceland I think this is a good representation of the glacier. It is what I imagine Iceland would look like.....cold! |

Hi Henry, What a great story filled image! I really think you have two images though. I would separate the two boats, each one is an image in itself. By having both boats there, I keep looking from one to the other and really not settling on a focal point. The water looks very calm and I hope the fishermen brought back a good catch! |

Hi Andrew. This is an interesting image with a lot to see. All of the structural work on the bridge is fascinating. I think I would try to bring a little more light into the shadows as I keep wandering back there wondering what is in the darkness. |
