I think this is a very interesting image. The curve in the middle indicates that we are seeing more than one face of the building. There is so much detail! I wonder if you will delay your return trip until they have finished the renovations and removed the scaffolding on the right hand side. The people in the image give it some scale. They just don't make buildings like this any more! A great shot! |

I agree that the cropped sky makes this a much stronger image. I do like the colours and the reflection makes the image so interesting. I think you have done a great job to bring up the detail in those shadows.
I'm wondering if cropping a bit off the right would help focus on the main buildings. I'm thinking that the crop would remove those buildings which would also remove some of that walkway railing in the bottom right corner that to me is distracting.
It is a beautiful image! |

An interesting image that makes me wonder why the birds on the left are crowded together, looking the same way, while Johnny come lately has spotted you.
I would be interested in seeing this image in a panorama format to chop out some of that sky that I would leave plain blue.
While the border frame is good, I do think it is a little heavy. I much narrower border would not keep taking the eye away from the birds. |

To me it looks like a big wonky keyhole!
I wonder if dropping the highlights and adding a little more contrast would help bring out the textures in the rock. I'm also wondering what it would look like in monochrome. This would then focus our eyes on those beautiful textures. Lovely shot and makes me want to get there...one day. |

Great try. High key is not something that is easy to get right. I also would have done something with the green stems, perhaps tone them down so that they were just visible. I think I would like to see a little more detail in the white petals. At the very least, is it possible to see the edge of the white petals?
In Australia, we would call this flower an Iris. |

Lots to see in this image. I love the flower peeking out in the top left! As others have said, I think I would crop in on the left side to remove that vertical line that doesn't seem to add much. A very interesting image! |
