Harrison, an interesting image! I agree with Kathleen about the white. There seems to be a fairly blank area diagonally in the middle with lovely petals in the lower left and upper right. Would it make any sense to crop down to the lower left only - highlighting the green and beautiful form of the petals? Or, leave it as is with a little more contrast? |

Kathleen, this is really well done, especially at 400mm. The way that the wings are stretched out is wonderful, and highlights the beautiful coloring. The position of the bird is as though it was posing for you. I wish that the head was a tad sharper, but nonetheless, it's an amazing image. |

Oh my gosh, Teresa, how horrible. I am so very sorry to hear this. I, too, have been in locations where things like that could have happened - yikes. Congratulations on taking this great image though, and most of all, having the grit and determination to get back out there. Speaking of determination, that is the look you caught on the face of that bison, along with the beautiful light. |
