Super effort , Kudos to that !!!, and it has come out really well , almost pro job. next time try using Flash only , with f16 the background will get black , also the 25s shutter wont matter then , cause the light from flash is the only illumination .
Try this
ISO 100 , F16 , shutter 1/100 or 1/50 , tripod, and click using trigger or timer mode so that there is no shake due to your hand.
Do this in closed room and keep the ambient light in the room as low as possible. for focusing use the light , once the focus is achieved , put the lens on manual focus mode so that focus doesnt shift. Now shut off all the lights etc . and click, YOu will get your shot with bubbles sharp as well.
Play with flash light intensity to get better results.
try this and let me know how it goes. |

Very beautiful setup and frame , I would have loved if you could have used a Tripod and clicked this as Long Exposure with smaller aperture f/8 or so. and at lower ISO something like 400-640
Anyways, I have added slight room on top using Spot healing tool in PS , I am sure there is something similar in Capture one . Basically you increase the canvas size first , add some room on the top, ( I added 75 pixels or so) and then using spot healing tool , i just added new pixels from close by pixels so the sky looked consistent.
I have cropped the image to crop out the jetty part on the right of screen. and cropped in 16:9 ratio.

Hi Kath,
New Camera ?? Sony A7iii , I have always seen your RX10 images, first time I am seeing one from a different camera. Nicely done , the image is great , sharp and f/6.3 has lesser depth of field esp with a telephoto lens. I guess you must have clicked this at full 400mm. For 100-400 , I usually start at f/8 and if the light is good I go higher , as for Telephoto lenses with a full frame body the depth of field is very less compared to your RX10M4 . So you will have to use it and try a few options to get your sweet spot with this new camera.
The Border gives it a good look, have you tried some other color options for the border frame.
Great image. |

Superb click Keith, only question which comes to my mind is, why ISO 1600 and shutter 1/800 for a Landscape shot. |

Nice click Andrew , It does have scene within scenes , some geometrical figures too. Nice stream to pass by or just to sit and watch. |

Thanks David, I did not add light or open shadows from the faces as it would be unnatural , as source of light in this image is the bulb which is behind all the subjects. So to maintain a bit of realism I kept the faces in shadows |
