very nice image , I agree with Gregory & Andrew about the crop , mainly cause the main subject being the mushroom which is complemented by the sun light flare . Also the green grass on left distracts and makes the eyes shift from the mushroom.
Great Capture |

wow what colors , beautifully captured , Kathleen is right getting the bird in this frame is the cherry on top . We dont see this variety of KF in my country. I think we get around 12 types of Kingfishers in India.

HI Andrew , Thanks a lot for encouragement . I had framed the image on purpose with a lil bit of road to give it a depth. HOwever I have cropped it the way you have said for comparison . Have attached the cropped image herewith. I think the story changes a bit due to the cropped out information.
Everyone please share your thought. YOur words help me improve my art and I am highly obliged . so please share |

So true Laurie , if only walls could talk, they have seen so much from the beginning and are standing witness to the by gone years. From the Mongols incursions to Divine Dalai Lama's spirituality , these walls have seen so much. If ever you visit India , please try and visit these places - the travel is a pain as there are no Tar roads , the roads are naturally made due to the vehicle movement over the mud . But if there is a heaven on earth this is the place . Here you will feel the divinty and will begin to trust in the higher power |
