Hi Richard, A beautiful image! I like the composition. I think the lighting is harsh on the white birds. I prefer lowering the lighting and increasing the contrast on the birds, also prefer blurring the background! Thanks for sharing! |

Hi Oliver, this is a beautiful image! I like your post-processing-well done. The main subject is very sharp and stands out. But I felt the background birds were too contrast, and I prefer they are more blurry. Thanks for sharing! |

Hi Charlie, I just read your email, and learned your technique. Your bluring method has more controls. Thanks a lot! |

Hi Pierre, a beautiful flower image. I am not sure how flowers have outlines - an unnatural feel. I like Charles's version, and it looks much better. Thanks for sharing! |

Hi Murphy, a beautiful image, very colorful! I think the main subjects need more contrast and sharpness. I made some adjustments. I use Photoshop Depth Blur to blur the background. Thanks for sharing! |

Hi Alane, a beautiful flower, but the lighting is a challenge to shoot it well. I don't know how to do the post-process under this kind of lighting. I like Charles's suggestions. Thanks for sharing! |

Hi Charles, Thank you for your comments and suggestions! I like your post - process and it looks great! I did do post - process, but very often opposit with what you did. Usually I brighted the main subject to separate it from the background, but now you tone it down. In this picture, I like what you did. I have some questions: how did you tone the leaf down - did you tone the whole picture down or only the leaf? what tools did you use? How did you sharpen the tip of leaf, and what tools did you use? Thank you very much for your help! |
