I think the main focus points should be on the car and the far end of the road. So I made some changes to emphasize these points and blur the rest of the parts.

Because it is white smoking, you can decrease lighting and increase contrast to increase the layers of the image. I made a little adjustment as following.

I just feel the electricity poles are too contrasting and causing too much attention.

A beautiful image and an interesting lighting. I like the moody feel. I think the main focus points should be on the eyes and the front head. The highlight on the cheek is too harsh, blown out so the cheek lost texture, causing too much attention. For my taste, I prefer some light reflection on the shadows.
