You're absolutely right to keep ceiling as it smoothened the light and helped our eyes to watch full image better. Even if you darkened the outside, it's still too bright. Better result depends shooting time and angle. Thanks for sharing Stephen. |

I like vintage trucks and this looks like Ford, late 40s. It's a journey in history. Did you think: When was it parked there? |

Hi Stephen, thanks for your comment. Turkey has lifted restrictions on international and domestic travel. But there is a hygiene notice issued by Ministry of Health to inform hotels and public about COVID-19 measures such as wearing mask, social distancing, hygiene rules etc. As of yesterday: Total cases 210K, total deaths 5300 and daily new cases aro 1K and mortality below 20 daily. We shouldn't be offended and must continue to live and won't be defeated by the damn virus! We also postponed our photo trip -to be run this month- to Japan because of their int'l travel restrictions and 14 days quarantine! We live in Bakirkoy, next to Ataturk Airport. |

Before Corona, we had plans to visit Japan this summer and are still checking "Japan int'l travel restrictions" every day. All people entering Japan go to quarantine for 14 days! I wish all the best for the World. Thanks Haru. |

Hi Ying, I meant: Ear hair, eyebrow, hair around nose and mouth remained too bright / white. It could have been a bit more grayish. |

Great example of wildlife and my only objection is to highlighting level on eyes and nose. Sharp enough and depth-of-field is satisfactory. Well-done Ying. |

It's really an impressive mushroom rock shaped by waves I guess. Amazing bnw conversion & edit. Congrats Arne. |

Both good, bnw is more charismatic. I used PS and edit again as an alternative to your works. Thanks for sharing Angela. |

Definitely an impressive photo, especially the dark clouds. My only question is: What would happen if you increase shutter speed to have sharp waves? This would surely cause wider aperture or higher ISO, but depends. I would choose higher ISO. Anyway, I dreamed long-expo there. Thanks for sharing David. |

If there was no blue motorboat on left, full canal in frame would be better and you could not crop doors' top. Thanks for sharing Bill. |

Frankly speaking, I enjoyed color one a bit more as I'm a green nature-addict. And huge amount of cropping destroyed the integrity of the subject. But as you said: This is a close-up image. I regret, as I did not say good words for the bnw version, but you're the photographer of original one which I really enjoyed and congrats Haru. |

I think, there's nothing to criticize, but midtone contrast could be increased a bit. Well-done Debasish. |
