Gary. Dang, I agree with all, BUT, I could see this as a print in a living room - no, a big print say 10x30 metal or a canvas print that is larger. It is bright and cheery.
Yes much of what Butch commented on as well as Ian, some contrast and a plugin(s) may help a lot. |

Ian - very cool - a documentary or photojournalism shot. Yes, climate change is affecting us all and it is not going away anytime soon. |

Sherry - Very nice and well exposed - like the reflection in the water.
Just like any new tool, to takes a bit to get the hang of it and I think you did a good job for your first attempt - No I am not going to mention what Ian commented on - it take a lot of work editing - time - good for you. |

Ian - as long as you don't get tooooooooo close! They are fast and if you are lucky will only run you over - if not you get gored. Every year several people get the latter. |

Sherry - I am SHOCKED! - Well they are wild and every year in Yellowstone a tourist gets gored - no sympathy as they are always way to close.
My wife and I were at the Old Faithful area and as alway during the summer (where there is not 10+ feet of snow) they are doing infrastructure updates. Saw the Bison and the guys taking a break and just took the photo. Just a kinda fun shot as opposed those breathtaking landscape images that everyone in the group take. |
