Ian, it is probably me and I should have taken the shot with greater DOF, anyway thank you for your input, it is well received |

Vinay - I like how the two boats - are off set and the reflection in the water, very nice. I might crop the bottom a bit and clone out the tower in the background and on the left as it is a distracting part of the image.
The sun lighting up the water is nice. |

Peter - yes this is a sky dominant shot - very striking especially with the gods rays coming through the clouds. Good positioning of your horizon line |

Ian - Fascinating image - I like the fog - mist and the trees popping up and out - and the rays of light what a great capture. Very mystical
The only thing that bothers me are the three small buildings - not sure what they are and the fence - my eye keeps going there. If you'r inclined you might want to take them out and then see how it looks - otherwise a fabulous shot. Maybe add a bit of yellow to the fog for the sunrise color -
No, really this is a great shot, so don't mind what I may say. |

Dhananjay - Very interesting shot - yes a lot of bricks - what a cool adventure. Did you go by seaplane or boat? The arches are way cool and the amount of time to build this - amazing. I like how you captured the arch theme. I can see how a person could spend an entire day (sunrise to sunset) photographing there.
Cool shot |

Sherry - first of all you can not go wrong with the D850 - great camera and the main reason why I have not gotten the Z9 as well as parting with $5500.
I think your post processing skills are great and make the image.
I am not failure with the area - looks a bit overcast and the lighthouse is in the shade - which os ok. For some reason the lighthouse looks to be tilted to the right only ever so slightly, or is it my right eye??
Nice shot |

Bill - shucks - like so many of us, we were lucky to get what we got, and thankful for that. Been there. Still a stunning shot and with the head of the eagle feathers not blown out - good job. |

Bill - First of all it is a great shot and you should be happy as I would as well. I know I might be asking a bit but if you could have stepped to your right a bit to separate the tail feathers from the branch it would have reallllly made the shot - but then again, I have been in the same situation and noticed my background and tried to move and the bird flew away - dang!!! |

Dhananjay - I appreciate your adventure to the Everglades - not on my list of areas that I would want to visit - anyway this little guy is cute - as cute as a baby alligator can be. Clear and sharp and well exposed and the Lilly pad (or what ever the green part is) gives separation - nice shot |

Michelle - great shot and the detail is excellent. I might crop the top a bit because there is no environmental part to the image and make it more of a portrait shot. The D850 is an excellent camera - very nice |

Bill - Nice image, sharp and well exposed for the situation - I might have cropped a bit more on the right to offset the eagle a bit more. Very nice shot. |

Bob - Only a mother can love - it is just amazing how chicks with their feathers coming out look so, so , so anyway then they turn into these beautiful birds - amazing.
Good interaction as the chick is the star. I would have cloned out that stick or what ever it is at the bottom left. Just my 2.37 cents |
