82 Dec 23 Comment The mastery of the soft background to allow the bird to be so wonderfully highlighted in an excellent "storytelling" pose. I like the framing effect of the plant and grass. I wonder if burning in the apparent shoreline at the top a bit might even add to the framing? No sure about this, but wonderful image as it is. Dec 16th
82 Dec 23 Comment I agree, Prasad's windows into Indian life are fascinating, educational, and eye opening. Thank you. I love the picture. Great street photography showing the enduring, and I suspect ancient symbolism and the iPhone photographer bringing this into the present. When you say the taller idols are brought to the Arabian sea, is this one of those? Are there many this size? I must go to India! Dec 16th
