Prasad, a masterful black and white. The lighter wrestlers make them pop out, but the shadowed areas offer a sense of the event and the audience. With your wonderful stories this all comes to life. The brightness of the doorway in the back and the light in the window on the right are a bit distracting and might benefit from toning down a bit. I offer a suggestion that the faces of the audience might be lightened to show the emotion they are probably displaying. |

What a great picture. You'll think I am nuts, but my first reaction was two "birds" in a late night TV show and they are the host and guest. Oh, well, forgive me. The open bald sky is something the newer software will allow you to change by "dropping in" a background behind the eagles and tree. Mountains in the distance, a lightly clouded sky, a "tonight show" backdrop (oops, nuts again). |

I love this image, and offer a couple of "image within the image" thoughts. Right in the center is a spidery black tree against the gold of the tree itself. There is another one at the bottom just to the left of midpoint of the bottom of the image. I offer this because I find the leading lines (mostly the tree branches) are not as cohesive as I might like (remember, this is just my preferences, not yours). Also, I find the blue sky a "hole" of brightness that pulls my eye to it instead of the wonderful stuff going on elsewhere. Another thought. I upgraded my cameras to high megapixel (45mp and above) full frame sensors because my counsel to you is also to me. I often find the picture in a picture after I shoot the image and the sensors provide the detail that allows for big crops. |

your capture of the "god" is interesting and fun...but lacks context to tell more of the story. An ocean background, or a stormy sky might add to this, and, some of the ship so that the "sea" part of the label is portrayed. |
