This image is wonderful to look at. Nice colors and the zoom effect works very nicely. I tried cropping out most of the bright sky on the right and I thought the image impact remains, but loses that distraction. Might even work to crop out the top bright spot. I am a people photographer so I would want to enlist some poor soul to walk into the back of the picture, creating a visual focal point. |

I love this kind of "street" photography. This is very nice. Some nitpicks,
- there is a red light on but at the far left that keeps pulling my eye there, maybe clone some of it out?
- I deep wanting to see a bit more inside the cafe. A bit of reduction in the shadows could open this up. I think this would increase the emphasis of the cafe without diminishing the surroundings
- any chance you can bring out what look like clouds in the sky...if so it would add interest and reduce the "bald" sky
- the food placard in the center appears out of focus, and yet, all around it are in focus. What was your intent?
These are not criticisms. The reflect only my point of view...please take it for what is worth to you, if anything. |

I agree with the other comments. What a fantastic image! The blur effect is perfect, focusing the eyes on the pyramid and conveying a sense of the crowd's involvement in the event. On top of that, your history lesson about the event enhances the image greatly. Keep up the fine work. You have a real talent. |

Life in nature is hard...poor cormorant! Powerful image. The eagles are so well exposed and the detail is wonderful. I do wonder if the overlap of the two eagles works for me...I probably would have tried to separate them. What do you think? |

I really like this peaceful, early morning image. The soft fall colors are seductive. I find my eye moving easily along the fences deep into the photograph. The fog along the back tree line makes this special. Sweet. A thought, there seems to me to be more sky than needed given that halfway up the sky the color disappears. Maybe a crop? |

This is a wonderful study of textures. A wonderful variety and all show the texture from white to dark...hard to do. If I stop here I think this is a fine take, well done. But, I wonder if there is more. What is the "story" or the message or the feeling you would like to convey? Because I cannot find a core focal point I am not sure. |
