I like the idea. I agree that the bud needs more presence (and, I think the crack, which I thought was a branch, less), but the image with the rose having no overlay is way too much. Something in between. |

I like the idea a lot. The center flower could be just a bit more in focus for my tastes. What do you think of this? |

Actually, I prefer neither. The processed image is too vivid, too saturated to be realistic. The super sharp bright outline of the boat distracts. Yet, the original is flat, dull. Somewhere in between you would have a compelling image. |

Very nice rose. I love Nadia's suggestions for hee top of the rose and the bud. I think I would leave the bottom almost as is & lesson the effect on the sides. |

Fantastic winter image. Love the blue shadows. I would take out the branch in the snow; for me, anything that ditracts from the cold serenity of the image should go. |

Very nice flower. I would darken & vignette the green & cropped top & bottem & a bit the sides (for some reason, the cropping dod nnot go through). What do you think of this? |

Nice shot. Love the light coming through the tulips. I would even brighten the tulips to the point of blowing. or brighten some of the tulips that would not blow. How did you get rid of the white around the flowers & add the red blush? |

Actually, I'm om the minority. For me, the original brightened up (the second flower a bit darder, maybe blur added), shadows opened, would be a fine image. As is, there is just too much black, too much cloged up. |

As usual, a wonderful background. Thanks for the details (though I doubt if I could do it). I would crop out the yellow petal that is seen sticking out a little bit close to the center. Though you certainly captured the flower, the square shape to me distracts -- not an elegant shape. |

It was an anomaly of downloading and sending. On my computer (and desktop after exporting the images) the original is brighter, with a little less contrast , than the submitted one. I have no idea why this happened. I tried several times, with no different result. |
