10 May 25 Reply I think you're right. I guess I'm too indoctrinated by Kathleen Clemons to include a stem. May 25th
10 May 25 Comment The aloe is very interesting. However, it is usually best to have what is closest to you be in focus, and try to get the center in focus by stopping down. Do you have shots of this from different angles? May 19th
10 May 25 Comment Yosemite is a wonderful place. Yes, I also find the water too smooth. When shooting water like this, it is a good idea to shoot shots with varying degrees of smoothness. May 19th
10 May 25 Comment I find the building quite interesting. However, a shot like this really should be centered so the building doesn't curve around. Hard to do, sometimes! May 19th

80 May 25 Reply In brightening the center, the blue appeared. There is a hint of the blue in your image. Another candidate for removal. May 19th
80 May 25 Comment This photo is quite nice. The center is so spectacular, I think this crop draws more attention to the center. What do you think? May 19th
80 May 25 Comment I love the orchid. I think a darker background makes it stand out much better. What do you think? May 19th
80 May 25 Comment The red flower is very attractive. However, the background you chose does not seem to mesh well with the subject. it is too sharply defined with too much in focus small detail. The result is that it detracts from the subject. In addition, the red flower looks "pasted on" to the background, so it would benefit from some softening of the edges, especially if the background were softer. However, the original can be quite succussful. With just darkening the background (and the top leaves could be darkened a little, too), it is a wonderful composition. I love the way you handled the depth of field. May 19th
80 May 25 Comment Love the clematis and the background. I do not think the green leaf adds; for me, it is a distraction. I would like to see the image cropped more closely around the clematis. May 18th
80 May 25 Comment Love the image. LR left a ghost of the branch. PS Generative Fill did a better job of wiping out the branch. And you get 3 options. May 18th
80 May 25 Comment I love your revised abstract.
The center & edges are a bit dark; what do you think of this? There is a black vertical line on the right which I would call on Generative Fill to remove.
