What I mostly do with them: Enjoy them. They don't do well in competitions -- too much like graphics, maybe. Though I did sell four of them at an exhibit, and one won a prize at an international abstract exhibit. |

If you straighten the photo, I think you would loose too much.
Nice shot anyway! |

Nice shot. It depends on what you want, of course. I would try having only the center in focus & blurring everything else more. Probably wouldn't work, but if the back pedals were blurred, then the problem of having the front the most out of focus might be ameliorated. |

Nice rainbow & road. Have you tried LAB color? I took a rainbow through LAB & was very pleased with the result. Yes, cropping the top would be good -- and cloning the trees on the upper right. |

Nice image. Is the background too close in tonality to the flower? Darken the background a bit? Not sure. The flower is quite sharp where the stem meets the flower. The most I would further sharpen in AI is a bit beyond that. The stem, is perhaps too sharp -- I would see what happens if you soften it as it leaves the flower. |

This is the original file for the 2nd transformation - the one with the blue background. |

This is the original file for the first transformation. I'm afraid I can't help you with how to do this in Photoshop, as all the real transformations were done in Lightroom & I use Photoshop sparingly. |
