10 little geese in a row...reminds me of the children's song. Beautiful colors on the water and the silhouette of this family. Zooming in on the photo I am seeing some noise, perhaps that would smooth out with a noise reduction program. |

Nice reflections. I think the brown grass in the center of the log and photo is a distraction to me of the rest of the river. It is blocking the viewpoint of the river itself and my eye stops there instead of looking beyond. This reminds me of the problem of fences in a foreground - you stop the leading lines of the reflections in the river. If you remove the grass, be sure to remove its reflection too. |

Cool library. A great architectual shot, and the lighting is perfect. Is it an illusion, or is the floor tilted? |

A perfect sun star, and very dramatic clouds. It needs a better title, although that isn't really the point here. I know the sun is bright, but maybe a little bit toning down the clouds next to it would help. It would be nice to see the original. |

I think the dramatic sky might be more the subject of this photo than the interesting rock formation. Probably the use Of HDR helped the highlights on the water, and the cleanup. I am still finding the water a bit blown out, and maybe that could be toned down even more if there is information there. |

The title of this photo is "The Mittens" and is noted in the explanation paragraph. |

My camera is an Olympus Em Mark 2 and it is converted with a 590 filter in the camera. So I get color infrared, and then convert it to monochrome with Silver Efex Pro. Do you think it isn't "pure" IR? That is sad. I have a lot of fun with it, and get a wide range of tones. It is certainly infrared! |

I really like the way that the details of the tree are brought out in IR; and the women are moving gives the photo some action. |

That is an interesting shape of a building for a courthouse! I think in IR the trees and clouds are blending together; so I wonder if there is a way to change the tones of the trees on the right side of the photo?
So what happened to our group...only 3 photos this month!!? |

I can't really explain why but I like the original, I think you cropped too much! |

Very ethereal and esoteric. The English teacher in me wants to point out that your title is incorrect if there is only one person in the final photo. People = many, Person = one. You could go quickly insane staring at white walls...maybe that is why people do it. |

It is the temperature glow that makes this photo pop. ICM is harder to do than it looks. The image also reminds me of a candle...keep practicing this Judith, you have found a niche. |

Well done flipping the image around. It makes the shadows more realistic than the people. The previous two comments show that people are not looking at the original image closely enough! |
