Great shot. Your lens and ISO selection paid off. The rider is tack sharp and is the primary element and not the horse. I didn't consider the softness of the horse to be objectionable. My initial reaction was, oh dear, his arm appears to be in a cast and this fall will ruin his day. |

An excellent abstract image. It certainly has that "Hearst Look." Your Photoshop post work brought out your vision. My only issue is the blue line across the bottom. In my humble opinion, it's a distraction. |

An excellent job of cloning. I like Erik's suggestion in adding some pop to the image. If you hadn't shown us the before I would have never known what you had done. The capability of Photoshop Content Aware Fill is an awesome tool. |

An interesting process and image. I don't know if we should be commenting on your daughters techniques or your photography. The colors all work together however, I find the yellow mass at the top a distraction. It has become the brightest area of the composition. I would personally crop it out for a stronger image. |

I agree on the vignette. It is a tad heavy. I'm now wondering if it should be reversed and lightened up. It really needs a painterly edge effect. |

Great texture. Without reading Lisa's comment I too thought of black and white. I used NIK Silver Efx Pro 2. I also made a selection of the tips of the tree and lightened them up just a bit. |

Definitely the Quarantine image. Your overall process looks great. My only objection is the bright area at the base of the steps. I might tone that down just a tad. |

Terrific image with great lighting. My attention is on the hook and I did not notice, or object to any of the aforementioned issues. |

Brad, You nailed the distortion correction. Everything else is okay but, in my opinion it lacks some pop. One thing I'm beginning to do with my images in Photoshop is run the file through Adobe RAW and try the Auto setting. Sometimes the results are very nice. I did that to your image. It does make a difference. |

Thanks Rick. I've made a couple of pitches for a conference/photo festival in Detroit. We've got a lot of fun things to shoot like this.
I'm hoping the Colorado conference doesn't get canceled. |
