A great action shot with sufficient detail. The soft lighting helps preserve the detail in this image. |

An interesting find at the Alligator Farm. And, it's a great place to Photograph. The curve of its body adds interest to the composition along with the diagonal lines of the palm fronds. My only problem is that at this level the head of the gator seems to be soft and lacking detail. I will assume the original is sharp. |

I see the foreground as a distraction. The park bench grabs my eye even though it's not the brightest area. I would try to focus more on the downtown skyline. A little tweaking of the color balance would help too. |

A pleasing pastoral scene. The wall doesn't bother me and I feel it adds to the scene. I too see the bright sky as a distraction. A graduated filter in Photoshop would tone that down somewhat. |

A beautiful black and white image. Personally I would crop off the left side to improve the composition to a square or vertical format. |

An interesting image, however I feel the pair makes for divided interest. I believe a single whatcha may call it would have been more interesting. I'm sorry, I don't see the pictorial value. Sorry to be brutal, but that's the way I see it. Perhaps some Photoshop techniques could improve the interest value. |

Okay, I won't keep everyone guessing why I shot a vertical panorama. I had anticipated making a large print. The image size from my Canon 7D is 3456 x 5184 (Horizontal) If I shoot multiple fames in a Vertical Pano my image file size changes drastically. My vertical dimension now becomes 5184 pixels high. In this case I was not pleased with the final result. Because of the low light levels I picked up a lot of noise in the shadow areas. (I could have shot an HDR Pano). Therefore, I had basically a lemon. So, I made some lemonade. |

Excessive Bourbon and Photoshop don't mix. |

Very nice texture in the rocks. I like Ricks suggestion for a Black & White. That really makes the image POP! It almost has that Ansel Adams quality with the lighting and texture. |

Nice impact with the storm clouds. It adds a lot of mood to the scene. I would consider cropping off some of the sky to eliminate the bright area and improving the overall composition. I may pull back the Highlights just a bit and push the Clarity and Dehaze too for some added punch. I worked the sky somewhat to make it a bit more dramatic. I also added a bit of overall edge darkening. |

A pleasing composition. Having shot Nubble a couple of times one sees the wires automatically. I also like to water texture. Here's a case where I would have considered using a 3 stop ND filter to get added effect with the water. Your process has worked to your advantage. Thanks for the suggestions. |

An interesting composition with great detail. I wouldn't be afraid to push the contrast and grunge for artistic effects. |

I really like the star effect and lens flare. I think I have tried to photograph that tree in Arches but never with that perspective. The shadows of the tree add some nice balance too. |

Thanks Rick. Thanks for the comments. The red cast is unknown. I have no idea what caused it. I noticed that before and after my exposure. Perhaps the only fix may be a selection of the red and Desaturate. I may have to play with that. |
