91 Nov 19 Comment To my eye, the color harmony between the building and the overall pink-ish landscape creates a very positive emotional appeal. The contrast between the landscape and the sky is also very striking. I think the composition is excellent especially with having the peak of the building placed just below the boundary between the mountain and the sky. In my opinion, if the peak had gone over the boundary and into the sky it would have ruined the effect. The pink color really shows the effect that you get with IR photography.

The only part of the image I do not understand is the band about 1/3 the way up from the bottom that is out of focus. The foreground is in focus and the rest of the image is in focus so I'm not sure why that band is out of focus. Is it the image I am seeing or is that on the original?		 Nov 14th
