Thanks Judy. Nothing wrong with your version. Plenty of space for others to play on another version. Did you try to twirl in the opposite direction? I've been finding that the negative twirl starts the twirl in the lower left and leads your eyes into the twirls has more been positive than the twirls starting in the lower right. |

Hi Bob. Thanks for checking in on our. Nothing wrong with your taste. The crop line on these images has a lot of flexibility. |

Ron, this image has great composition and areas of interest. I like the abstraction effects in the trees and to a lessor affect on the clouds. My main suggestion would be to select the trees, fence and foreground and give them more exposure and detail. I don't think I would change the sky exposure. Excellent vision and planning to capture this special image. |

A very nice composite image Gunter. A great skill to imagine how the composite will enhance the other image. I wouldn't have envisioned the brown trees and fall leaves selectively effecting the leaves and window parts. I have no problem with your saturation and toning. Not unhappy with your version, but I might of used Topaz Studio to put an Impressionistic filter to push the image another 10% into a magnificent piece of art. Thanks for sharing and well done. |

A great find, Judy. Cropping the sky or road were good ideas. The leading lines of the roads, snow, and fences really add to the interest in the image. |

A Very Nice capture of the bee and flower, Madeline. Now you can look to improve the next time you have a chance to make such a photo. You might think about moving up the iso until you can get F8 to F11 and the shutter speed up to 1/500 or 1/1000 of a second. Your camera and lens will support those settings and you will be surprised to see even better results. I'd definitely stay with Aperture priority. Great to see how your photography has improve since those days when you were beginning to learn. |

Another of your Excellent PJ shots Tim. I have to say you had excellent positioning with no distracting people etc. No suggestions that would be acceptable in PSA PJ.
Maybe bring down the hilightes and open the shadows but you have those under control. |

A Fantastic image Karen. So sharp and intense colors make it jump off the page. A very nice background that the 28-300 creates. I've never seen this bird before but your image will remain in my brain. Thanks for sharing.

Mark, actually my Nikon D780 combines them automatically. You might be a Sony user? I think that I heard that some of the Sony's do not have multi exposure. |

Very Innovative Bunny. I agree it puts the center of interest in the center. I have to admit that I rarely use blend modes on black and white but will have to give it a try. Look forward to seeing you abstracts if you convert to black&white. Thanks for sharing. |

Israel. Another one of your PJ images with a great candid expression from the obviously tired man. Good focus and composition. You didn't want to believe this was happening in the 22nd century, but you captured it exactly (absent the smell) and the mans clothing, his surroundings have been captured by your single image.
Well done. |

My intent was to focus on the center. The problem is keeping the center in the exact same position as you turn the body on the tripod color. I use tried a trick that I have used previously to auto align and auto blend, but I have thrown 4 images away from the total 9. Ps said not enough fixes overlapped to accomplish. So there may be better ways to do this but it won't be on this image. That particular flower, yarrow, has all small flowers and no large one to stay focused on. Also I found that as happens often, I can't count to 7 or 9 depending on what I had selected for multiple images and often I have a different arrangement or flower and in this case I had a yellow tickseed flower that was on two images, but not strong enough to focus on.
So this is a defective image. Sorry to disappoint. |

I'm not even going to try since you 3 have done such excellent work. My 1 comment would be that the original shot or using Ps Generative AI that the back of his head fails the "border patrol" So your score is 98 vs the 100. Great job finding and working your subjects. |

A Great find LuAnn. I also love the twisted multiple branches. I like the darker branches, but feel they may be a little too dark. I wonder if the LrC select subject and drastically lightening or darkening would produce more dramatic results?
ps: 2 Moves down and 1 more to go in 6-9 months. |

Thanks Nadia for your ideas and new version. I can agree to cropping off the right edge as you have shown. That works for me as long as others aren't bothered by the yellow flower being too close to the edge. I was working fast as these gardens are in the medians of a Virginia Museum and the parking places were filling fast and cars parked and not easy to work around or to tell people to go find another parking spot as I'm busy taking photos of the flowers. 😀 |

I adore your creativity Kathryn but my brain and images are still back in the 90's with bright colors and hard edges. I haven't found the magic sauce yet. Nothing against your image and that's the beauty of the DD groups. We learn and share as weave our way from one genre to another in our photographic life. |

Kamal, I like the image as you saw it, however, you need to darken the pads and the bright, probably mud, centers as they draw the eye away from the flower. Yes, slight crop from the right would be beneficial. While the mobile phone is the best camera if you have no other with you, but a camera with a longer lens and more depth of field could go a long way of improving the image. |

Jacob, I Love the colors and sharpness of the predominant flower. The dead flower in the middle is a turn off for me. I would either crop the image at that dead center or use one of my creative techniques to obscure it. How do you think of that? |

Thanks Kathryn. I thought about the crop for the top but those 2 grass seed heads pointing back into the image would be lost. Yes, I could crop from the right but would lose the composition using thirds. |

Thanks Jacob. I get your point and agre. I might have compositions that include those areas but in this composition I was going for the overall look and varieties to make this painting vs portraits of flowers. After a while a single or multiple flower image drops my creativeness down and I broaden the view to make something out of a cluttered image. |

Thanks Rich. Actually I thought the yellow, back light flower at the cross section in the upper right was supposed to draw you in. You just went to the red in the lower left. I would need to darken that a tad to hook you in. |

Hi Nadia. I like your red coneflower, and the flower at the base. I'm not seeing any cloud shapes but you have made a beautiful background. I wonder if the lower coneflower should have tad more exposure to it? |
