Isaac,
Thank you very much for your comments. I see your point about including the split boulder. When we first stepped into this interesting spot, all of us were in awe with the vibrant green, but after staring at my revisions, I can see that my post processing did bring it out too much. |

Adrian,
I love photos of hummingbirds and this is truly a beauty! Your post processing brought out its details well; I especially love the tiny little feet that you captured. Nicely done! |

Isaac, I really like this composition. The shape and color of the flower petals are almost like a mirror reflection of the butterfly wings. You did a great job of cleaning up the background in post processing. Perhaps just a bit more space on the top right might enhance the image just a bit. |

Maria, You have done a great job of keeping the eye of this lovely bird in focus. The uncluttered blurry background enhances the portrait. You have provided a good amount of space for the bird to "fly into." The bird's intense expression makes me wonder what he might be doing...is he in the process of hunting for food or perhaps just concentrating hard on getting to his destination. Nicely done! |

What a lovely image! The red feet and the gorgeous blue body really pop. I love its hairdo! The diagonal of the body position and the branch effectively add to the composition. I plan to show your image to my grandchildren who enjoy playing Bird Bingo with us. One of the birds on the board is the Red Leg Honey Creeper; they will be delighted to see your photo! |
