Mary,
Your post processing really brought out the beauty of the Grand Canyon. I like the way the tree line draws my eye around the detailed center rock and up to the lovely sunrise. |

Adrian, I just love the colors of this duck; I have never seen one before. You did a great job of cleaning up the water and bringing out the details in its wings. Your new camera's auto bird selection certainly did a good job on focusing on the eye. I think you are going to have a great deal of fun with your new toy! |

Barbara, What a great catch! I love the story being told in this image. Each of the gator's personality is revealed. I can't help but wonder if the middle guy is just quietly waiting to make his move while the other two aggressively try to assert themselves. Nicely done. |

Thank you, Barbara. I am also a fan of waterfalls and often will attempt various hiking paths to try to capture them with a good angle. Having the right shoes is definitely important! |

Thank you, Maria for your kind comments. I agree with you about cloudy days. I would have preferred to capture this particular falls when the light was not as harsh, but the path was too muddy and slippery to return when it was closer to the sunset. It would have been difficult to navigate as it grew darker! |

Thanks, Isaac. I love the mist on waterfalls, and Letchworth never fails to please! I forgot to mention that I used a Neutral Density filter, which helped. |

Isaac, For such a destructive little bug, it sure is pretty! The complementary colors enhance the lovely composition. My eye follows the textured leaf and travels right up to the main subject. Did you see many of these bugs or just this little guy? I would have loved to have seen what you could have produced if you had had your Macro lens with you! |

Maria, What a lovely image! On my screen the eye is actually not that dark. The triangular shape, the sharpness of the duck's feathers, and the uncluttered background enhance the image well. Great job! |
