Isaac, I always enjoy the stories being told in your photos. I find myself wondering what exactly did they suddenly see that they were about to eat? Catching them all looking in the same direction and with the young egrets' mouths open was fabulous! I agree that Maria's revisions enhance the image. |

Adrian,
What a fabulous time you must have had! Wow...3 trips to Iceland! I agree that your second image is more effectively processed. When I looked at the first image, my eyes went straight to the blown out waterfalls and stayed there. In your 2nd processed image, I am able to see the steam rising and the softness of the nicely composed image is more pleasing to me. |

Barbara, What a lovely sight to be able to see from your office window! If you typically see butterflies in that pretty garden, and if there is room in your office, perhaps you might consider setting up a tripod near the window so that you can have the camera ready for future photos. That would enable you to have a lower ISO. Just a thought! |

Mary,
Once again I am amazed by your underwater photography. I like the changes you made to the image. The light rays are just beautiful as I gaze at the image and picture you swimming around in there while the fish parted for you. |

Maria, What a wonderful little creature! The beautiful color of its beak and feet against the complementary color of the sea adds to the image. The depth of field is also very effective. I agree with the cropping suggestions to give more emphasis on your lovely subject. |

Bruce,
Wow! What a stunning image! This looks like a place I definitely need to add to my list of future destinations. The different layers and the gorgeous sun rays make this such an effective image. The pano suggested by Maria is just as effective. Nice choices for printing! |

Barbara, Thank you for your comments. I had my screen turned down too low and never noticed the streaks, but they sure were noticeable when I viewed the image on my phone! |

Adrian,
You make a good point. The focus certainly should be on the bird rather than the fence. Thanks! |

Isaac, Thank you for pointing that out. I did not notice the bars on my screen, but after you mentioned it, I could see them. |
