Mary, Your underwater photography is awesome! The clarity and vibrancy is impressive. When I look at the original, I feel as if I am on a very gorgeous distant planet. Well done! |

Isaac, once again your wildlife image is so effectively composed and processed. I particulary love the way the mom's hand points upward towards the baby's hand, which then points down to the other hand. I'm wondering if you might consider removing the circular pinkish spot (what appears to be a body part on the left side of the mama) next to the tree. It seems a bit distracting. Thanks for sharing your other image...what a delightful face on that little chimp. |

Adrian, I LOVE macro insect shots and this one is just fabulous! I especially find the crispness and the black hole behind him as effective parts of the image. I keep wondering what is in that black hole...
The crisp droplets also add to the image. I'm wondering if it might be even more effective if the large brownish blob (leg of another spider perhaps?) were removed. That spot is a bit distracting to me. |

Walt, How fortunate to have Mt. Ranier in your foreground. Your image is just beautiful! I took several shots also and eventually was able to get a fairly decent shot over Lake Ontario. Were you able to see it clearly with your naked eye or did you see it better during post processing? |

Randy, This sounds like such a cool expedition! Your caption is perfect. I noticed in your original there is another polar bear to the left. Were there additional bears or just these 3? Your image has made me very curious about polar bear behavior. Nicely done! |

Bruce, What a beautiful crisp image! I especially like the green rope and the sea lion's expression as he looks at it. It makes me wonder what he is thinking about doing with that rope. What kind of editing did you have to do? I don't see an original, so I'm wondering if you just took the original of his face or if you cropped. |

Randy, Thank you very much! When I brought down the blacks and brought up the shadows that portion of the image was more illuminated and I did think it made the image seem more balanced, so I decided to highlight it. |

Bruce, Thank you so much! I prefer my original size because I liked the glow on the water on the lower part of the cliff, but I do appreciate you taking the time to give me your suggestion. |
