Thank you Doug. I was also surprised how well the camera handled the light situation and of course Topaz AI denoise took care of the little that was present.
Yes we did see Flamingos! Although this year they came in to the Navi Mumbai area a little later than the previous years. |

This a pretty colored bird. I like the suggestions of other to reduce the highlights of the tiles and the crop Grace made. I am not sure if adding a little catch light in the buntings eye is allowed in this group but that would definitely add to this beautiful image. |

The Heron looks as stunned by its catch as the snake. You have certainly captured the emotions. The details on the feathers look a bit prismatic as grace has shown in the blow up and there is a green line around the body of the heron. Is that an artifact of shooting at high focal lengths? |

This is a great image of the Grey Heron with its catch. I saw Grey Herons in the wetlands in India. Here in the US we have a very similar looking Heron, the Great Blue Heron (GBH). The GBH are slightly larger and have chestnut brown thigh plumage. |

Grace, This is a great find, well worth time for sure. It is so well camouflaged in the tree. Have you considered not cropping in this tightly? I would be see the magic of the Resize AI. |

Isaac, This is a great shot and an unusual behavior that makes for a great story. I agree with Gerhard about extracting more details from the feathers if possible. Did she eventually feed the chick? |

Hi Sherry, Lovely image. I agree with others. That was my feeling even before I read everyone's comments. My only suggestion would be to increase the exposure on the eye a little bit. Excellent! |

Wow excellent image! I always like when you get the water dripping off the fresh catch. You have captured the emotions of this prey and predator pair very well. Love it! |

The image tells the story of these fireweed. You have the beautiful layers of flowers, trees and mountains making it a pleasing image. Maybe the light was a little harsh.
We here on the east coast are also experiencing drought conditions. We have had no significant rainfall in April so far. |

This is a gorgeous image. The eye on both the eagle and the fish are sharp. You handled these challenging conditions superbly. |

I like your composition, the stream meandering through the scene guiding my eyes through the entire image. The evergreens stop me from going out of the frame. Well done! I have yet to visit that part of the country. |
