Hi Isaac, I had the ISO at auto ISO. There was little noise but Topaz removed it quite well. The Nikon Z8 seems to handle noise very well. I am not sure if LR is doing some algorithm to reduce noise as the photos get uploaded. |

Kathy,
I love this image. The bird stands out from the blue waters. Perfect timing and great composition. I like the orientation of the bird in your presentation a little better because that immediately brings my eye to the action and then it wants me to look at the entire bird.
We don't have these birds in our area although a few years back two juveniles spent a couple of weeks at the local wetlands. |

Grace, What a sharp image of this beautiful bird. I like your presentation this bird. Maybe another variation would be a vertical crop to show the bamboo leaves on the top and bottom to include the habitat of this bird. Great job! |

A sharp image of the White-breasted Nuthatch. Perfect background and a signature pose of Nuthatches.
The WBN is are all year residents in the Atlanta area. I like to watch them as they go up and down the pine tree in our yard. They will hide seeds in the tree crevices and then place the bark over the crevice to completely hide it from other birds. They occasionally look up to make sure they are safe. One time I saw a Pine Warbler stealing a seed that a Nuthatch had just hidden. |

Gloria,
What a lovely colorful bird. I wish it was looking towards the viewer. But with wildlife sometimes you have to take what you get. Maybe you will get more chances to take a better picture. |

Hi Gerhard, Great photo! Lovely composition, sharp subject and great action. I really like the clear reflection.
I recently saw the American Bittern, my first time ever, and it looks very much like Squacco Heron. |

Hi Isaac,
As Kathy mentions, this image captures a viewers attention. I love the reflection of the water on the wings of the Blue-footed Boobies. This brought back memories from my trip to Galapagos last year. A flock of Blue-footed Boobies were fishing along side of our catamaran. I filmed them but with the motion of the boat I cannot watch the video again:) |

Hi Peter, My eyes immediately went to the intense gaze of the lion looking directly at the camera. I like the beautiful composition and the clean background in the photograph. The lion is sharp from front to back. Excellent! |

Judy, Love this action packed image. I have seen images of bald eagles from this area and have thought of visiting but it has not happened yet. Maybe one of these days. |

Sherry, This is incredible. The bird is sharp and you have composed it beautifully in the frame. The colors on the bird pop out from the creamy smooth background, you have done an amazing job getting rid of all the distractions. |
