Hi Kathy, Wonderful capture. This photo reminded me of the thrill when I saw a Reddish Egret fish during my visit to Florida last year. |

Jim, Great job capturing this shot. It is on my wish list to see a Bald Eagle fish. This year we have an active Bald Eagle nest not to far from me. I have gone there several times to fulfill my wish but have come home empty handed. |

I like the beautiful colors in this photo that is full of action. The bird on the tree is really nice and sharp. In this composition my eyes keep going back and forth between the bird on the tree and the flying bird. I wish there was more space to the left so that my eyes can see the entire scene all at once. Maybe it could have helped if you had a photo a split of second prior to this one so that the flying bird was closer to the bird on tree. The challenges of nature photography :) Great capture nevertheless. |

I like what you did. Would make for a great print on a textured paper! I can feel the 3D effect on a print looking at the photo. |

Hi Mike, I really like the composition and the beautifully blurred background in this photo. I also like the blurred wings because it shows motion. My eyes go from the wings, to the focussed look and then the powerful grip on the tree. You have done a great job in capturing the Jay in action. I agree with Kathy that the image is slightly soft so I took the liberty of passing it through Topaz Deniose. That really sharpened the image removed some of the noise that you see on the bird. What do you think? |

Leslie, I am impressed at how sharp this image is at 1/4s and handheld. After seeing this photo I realize how much I miss the New England fall after living there for 25+ years. |

What a beautiful photo of the Green Heron. I love the light, the sharpness and the background of the image. I also like how the branches are framing the Heron perfectly. The Heron stands out from the beautifully blurred background and giving you a great pose. |

Beautiful flycatcher. We don't see this bird on the east coast. I have added it to my "to see" list. The bird is in sharp focus even with the heavy crop. I wish it was at eye level but such is wildlife photography, you take what you get! |

What a beauty! The Cheetah is a sharp focus and your depth of field is perfect, showing its habitat, yet not being distracting. I sure don't want to be so close to him. |
