42 Jan 22 Comment Taking the same photo from closer to the ground makes the lantern the star. I like the second version where the background is nicely blurred. Although, I also like the last version with the snow covered rocks around the lantern which makes it look like the lantern is adorned with a necklace. Jan 25th
42 Jan 22 Comment Very nice story. The expressions on the faces of these ladies were really captured well. I like your version, my eyes immediately went to the hand with the cell phone and then the curiosity of the women and then the details on the colorful costumes. Excellent! Jan 25th

94 Jan 22 Comment The green background helps the great egret really stand out, even the breeding color on its beak is clearly visible. As Sherry suggested you could try to blur the background in LR or in photoshop but I like it as is. The entire bird is in really sharp focus and the light is beautiful. Jan 25th

94 Jan 22 Comment I would have left a little bit more room to the right of the photo for the pelican to fly into. Not sure if it is my screen but the white is slightly over blown. Bringing it down a little will remove the brightness on the legs as well. Well done, not easy to take birds in flight images for sure. Jan 25th
