14 Dec 25 Comment Hi Erin,
Greetings my friend.
You have done an excellent job, with the family portraits of the grandkids. It seems the background soothing and most importantly you could get all the eyes open in one frame. Sometime you know, I have hard time keeping them all open or some time; someone did keep it open half way through, which truly spoil the whole frame. But your image gets 10 on 10.
Thank you foir sharing.
Have a wonderful holidays ahead.
Cheers.

14 Dec 25 Comment Hi Tom,
Greetings my friend.
I loved your image here, and also do like the event of whale watching too. I did go myself for some whale watching. in pacific towards the california coast once, while visiting USA. Saw a dew humpback though; but they were very shy and it took hours to find them. Your current image has wonderful lighting, the fog and the sky made the image almost surreal.
Thank you for sharing.
Have a wonderful holidays ahead.

14 Dec 25 Comment Hello Greg,
Greetings my friend.
What an amazing synchronize swimmers. It help me to understand the subjects by looking at the original image first. The the swimmers diving deep inside the water leaving their only visuals over the surface.
Thank you for sharing.
I wish you have a wonderful holidays ahead.
Be blessed as always.

14 Dec 25 Comment Hi Karen,
Greetings my friend. I wish you have a wonderful holidays ahead. The BW conversion of your image seems great to me. Eventhough the subject is very small, but the environment wise the subject do draw the attention of the viewers. You may consider to play the crop to be little tight and for the subject to apply the rule of third. Just my opinion.
Kindest regards.
Kamal.

62 Dec 25 Comment Hi Mark,
Greetings my friend.
I wish you have a wonderful holidays ahead.
The image that you have shared is simply a stunning one. Handling of the image, and making the final version is surely tricky as the lines of the column gives a tilted perception from the base. But the man walking towards the column justified the caption from the giant structure. This is well seen and presented. I like the edited version from pete & Machael. Thanks again.
Cheers.

62 Dec 25 Comment Hi Pete,
Greetings my friend. I wish you have a wonderful holidays ahead. I love the monochrome treatment of your original image. This is a super composition, in terms of placement of the subjects. I like the way you left those padestrians in the frame on the right, unlike Michael's edition of tighter cropped frame. I just played with your image in CS6 with lights and saruration pointer. I think it's okay with you. Thank you for sharing.
Cheers.

80 Dec 25 Comment Hi Rich,
Greetings my friend.
I wish you have a great holidays season ahead.

The Meadow Mushrooms, that you have captured has an unique angle as Ingrid and others have already mentioned. Only the top right hand corner, there is a bright light area, which take the view away from the subject. If we could clone out that light, it would be much more eye soothing. I made some edit. Take a look please. Thank you for sharing.

Cheers.

80 Dec 25 Comment Hi Ingrid,
Greetings my friend.
I wish you have a lovely holidays ahead.

A stunning image of "the Yellow Gerbera Daisy", I like the final outcome from the original. I also like the background you have selected from the original to strike out the subject popped out. But I was thinking, to loose "the upper green stem" with the flower. This will probably make the image perfect for the frame. I used cs6 to remove the stem for us. Take a look.

Thank you for sharing.
Cheers.

The Lensbaby Dahlia, that you have shared is a lovely presentation. The light, the colors and the framing is perfect; along with the peripherial blurrs to focused center area. Nothing more to add.

Thank you for sharing with us.

As usual I loved your stunning image of the "Poney rose" and again what you did with the background.

I think you did a wonderful job with the background, I always envy you for that. The light, the colors & the ambiance is perfect. Thank you for sharing.

80 Dec 25 Comment Hi Marti,
Greetings my friend. I wish you have a blessed holidays ahead.
What an wonderful image that you have created out of the original image. Red Poinsettia - is simply stuning.

But I wanted to put a different perspective. I used the level, shadow and highlights and a tighter crop and finally followed by a paint effect from cs 6 to recreate.

I hope you liked it.
Thanks and cheers.

80 Dec 25 Comment Hi Bob,
Greetings my friend. I wish you have a wonderful holidays season ahead.

WaterLily Splash - is a lovely image this edition, that you have shared with us. I loved the image but I have made the crop little tighter and played with the sue-saturation and shadow-highlights to achieve, what I recreated from your final image. I hope you liked it.

Thanks and cheers.
Kamal.
