14 Apr 21 Reply Hi Quang,
Greetings my friend. Thank you for your kind appreciation. I have been very fortunate, to see many special landscapes from the air/top as helicopter pilot. I always try to make the best use; and take all advantage of the circumstances, surely keeping them in safety envelop.
Stay safe & Cheers.

14 Apr 21 Comment Hi Xiao,
Greetings.
I hope you are keeping safe in pandemic going on around. I like the image yo presented this month. The post processing is nice from the originals. But as Darcy mention that the man in the frame is a bit tensed, at-least that my initial impression too. Probably it is a staged photograph, I think a candid capture would be much more relaxed. Is it a stage photography Xiao? Loved the composition though.
Stay safe my friend. Cheers.

14 Apr 21 Comment Dear Tom,
Greetings.
A lovely conversion of the image in to this Black & White.
The blurry effect of the green bushes is a distraction. The green bushes may be processed to be little bit more dodged & burn to match the converted flat blue background.I am more concerned about the background, as it is the only way you can
make the fairy tale palace stands out. Good work.
Stay safe & stay blessed.
Cheers.

14 Apr 21 Comment Hi Greg,
Greetings.

Nice image and I love both the versions. But in this case, I would prefer the color version. As the Black and white version is too bright on the left portion of the image. You may toned down the brightness of the image a bit. But the overall color, in the color version seems balanced. Even though I understand; it is not the individual subject you had in mind but the overall story telling and his work also expressed in this image.
To me, rest of the items that he was displaying; could be a worthy add on to the image. Overall nice work.

Stay safe.
Cheers.

14 Apr 21 Comment Hi Darcy,
Greetings my friend.
I hope you are keeping safe while taking hibiscus photoshoot.
In my point of view, the image you have presented is a good one but the composition is little bit too tight. Though I agree with you in the floral photography and close up perception.
This could very well be accompanied with a leaf or two from the side to complementing the well captured flower in the composition. But that's only my taste/opinion. The image is tack sharp and Black and white went good with the image. Next time you may try to include 2 or 3 leafs along with the flower; to see how does that look.
Over all a nice image to share.
Thanks & Cheers.

14 Apr 21 Comment Hi Karen, once again welcome to our humble community of learners. I love the image from a photo journalistic point. Xiao and rest of the team is very right, we all need some corrections while presenting an image. It is not a competition my friend. We submit our images to get critiqued to learn from other group members. Everyone of us has our own unique point of view and perception which adds up and we learn.
The image is candid and well captured. The story behind the image is great and you captured an amazing moment. Nice work.
Stay safe and stay blessed my friend.
Cheers.

14 Apr 21 Comment Hi Quang,
Greetings my friend.
Yes the image is really nice but the "point of interest" is being distracted by the building on the edge. As Xiao cropped,
I think the integrity of the image expresses better with his cropping suggestion. I like the way you sharpen the water surface.
Good work.
Cheers.

84 Apr 21 Comment Hi Peter,
Greetings my friend. I hope everything is going okay with you.
I did enjoy the presentation you made about Colorado. Ever since when I was a kid started listening songs, Colorado Rocky mountain high - by John Denver moved me. I first time watched Colorado rocky mountains through your eyes as tourist. At the beginning of the presentation, there was a whistling noise for quite sometime which was quite noisy. Later the noise disappear though. The presentation is nice and so many location to see.
Look forward to visit some day soon.
Stay safe my friend.
Cheers.

84 Apr 21 Comment Hello Harry,
Greetings.
I hope you are still keeping safe from this worsening pandemic. Apology for a delay critic.
I loved the presentation that you have shared with us in March 2021. A lovely video of snow falls and all the other activities around this snow falls with the "White Chinese New Year". It is also great to learn a new cultural practice across our PSA digital platform. The whole presentation is combine of many small clips. I love the way you showed the making of a snowmen. Was it Olaf's from the movie frozen? At no time we saw a finished project of a snow men, probably there was none. The music was soothing with the subject. I have never experience of a snow fall before. Some day surely I am gonna join and enjoy the snow falls.
Stay safe & cheers.

84 Apr 21 Comment Hello my dear friend,
Apologies for delay critic. I hope you are keeping safe; since the worsening of the Covid 19 still on the rise.
Anyways, I enjoyed the video you prepared this month. A smoothly operated drone and a carefully edited drone video. The overall planning is nice. The garden itself is diversified with all the design in the garden. I like the way you noticed the visitor entering the garden, and followed the movement from across the garden. later stage how intelligently you picked up the shadow of the drone itself. Finally the clips ended up spotting you behind the scene, which I liked the most. By the way I believed it is a single take by that drone? Amazing video with all that colors and smooth movement of the drone. Can you control the movement of the camera lens, when it changing the point to shoot? its a bit too fast? is there any setting in your drone to control it more smoothly? The music was complementing. overall a nice presentation. Stay safe & cheers.
