Hi Judy,
This is a very good image catching the time of day with an almost ethereal look. I especially like the cropping, placing the forefront in the lower third of the image blends nicely with the rest of the image. I do think you could have leveled the horizon more (just my opinion - and could be just an illusion on my part) but it does look a little low on the right. Also that black spot in the left center third of the image, not sure what it is(bird, boat...?), it's distracting and draws the viewers eye away from what is really a very peaceful presentation. Maybe in a subsequent post-process you could consider taking that out.
