The (color) channel swapping was done in PhotoShop.
I set the white balance in the camera to "Daylight" and then bumped it a bit to about 6000 kelvins, just to warm it up some. |

I did just that (a couple times) and for some reason the system will not accept my upload.
Guess there's some trick I've yet to learn about navigating the discussion |

Hi Judy,
This is really a nice image. I love the light and shadow in the forefront. I do get a bit lost in the detail where the branches meet with the structure. It seems a bit confusing to me. However the color rendering is spot on. |

Love the WB adjustment to bring out the blue. leading lines are perfect but I do feel a bit of off balance with all the trees on the right - that could just be me. Overall I'd say this is a great first contribution to this group. |
