Hi Ginny, Your camera setting are good. Nice subject matter. The only thing I would change is to zooming on the flower and make it less in the center. Hope this helps. Dan Olson |

Hi Dan, I like the subjects in the photo. The two changes I would like to make are. Crop in on the right side and some on the top. Decrease you're shadows or use the radial tool on the heads to lighten them up, to draw your eyes into there heads. Nice photo. I hope this helps. Dan Olson |

Hi David, I am not well versed in black and white photography. The one thing I would change on this is not to center the deer in the middle of the photo. Give the deer some room to move forward and less in the backside. Hope this helps Dan Olson |

I am a sucker for chickens, they seem like such a complex bird. I like your camera settings, the only thing I would change is increase your shutter speed to freeze the one foot. Composition is good, except you should not center the chicken in the middle of the photo. Less room in the back and more room in the front of the bird, it gives it more space to move forward. I hope this helps Dan Olson |

Hi Andrea, Birds in flight is one of the harder subjects to photograph, it takes a lot of practice. I am not that good at it. I hope these suggestion help some. Have the birds flying at you or straight across from you, these ducks are flying away from you. Increase your F- stop so both birds are in focus. There is a photographer who name is Denise Ippolito and her Ebook is called Bird Photography The Art of Composition. Denise is one of the best of the best. I hope this helps. Dan Olson |
