Hi Pete, Great lines leading the eye along the coastline, the cloud lines add perspective.
I played a little with your photo in Photoshop,
my actions:
1. I cut the 16x9 format and lengthened the left side and filled in additional areas using AI.
2. in Camera ROV selected the sky mask and reduced
Highlights, Shadows
added
Texture, Clarity, Dehaze.
3. using AI I added flowers in the lower right corner
4. converted to B/W
5. brightened the rocks
6. darkened the clouds around the sun a little.

Hi Bunny,
I worked with the source
1. converted to B/W in Photoshop
2. applied adjustment-levels - pulled the black point to the right and pulled the white point to the left to enhance the contrast.
