Hello Hattie,
I agree with you that f/1.8 is not enough for a group of 4 people. In the beginning I wanted to photograph only three women, but the man's hand was in the frame because I included it in the frame. I used f/1.8 as there was little light and I wanted to blur the background.
I'll take into account your recommendations. Thank.
I'm very glad that my photo caused such a discussion,
I learned a lot by reading the ideas of all the participants in our wonderful group.
Thanks a lot, everyone.
Next Sunday, the New Year according to the Jewish calendar,
I want to wish everyone in the new year happiness, health, travels and interesting photos. |

Hi Julie,
I really liked your thinking about three generations - great.
You are also right about the man, it really is not so easy to remove from the photo. But still, I personally like Oliver's idea.
Thank you.
Best regards. |

LuAnn, I'm going to Jerusalem with my guests on Friday, I'll try to take your advice on candle details.
Actually, I am a supporter of using Photoshop as little as possible, but we are not always photographing in ideal conditions.
All the same, I like Oliver's idea more.
I thank everyone for your comments and ideas.
Thanks to all of you, I feel that my knowledge in photography is expanding.
Thanks a lot, everyone. |

Gary wonderful photo.
The background is perfectly blurred.
The butterfly is sharp, all the details are visible.
I really like. |

Oliver, thanks for the compliments.
Wow, it's nice to come back after a working day and get such a nice review.
I fully agree with your corrections.
Photography has become much more interesting and doesn't distract from the central characters.
Thank you very much. |
