Michael, Here is another version with the top of the image cropped down a bit more. It did reduce the extra "fluff" at the top of the image and brings the eye to more of the center above the trees. |

Thanks so much Michael. I'll take a look at a 16x9 crop and see what the top looks like |

Larry, I do believe there is a little more noise towards the bottom. Wide-Angle lens with distortion, hand-held and ISO 100 you wouldn't think it would be much, but I do believe there is. I should have had it on a tripod to minimize shake as well. ;) |

Thank you so much Rich. I couldn't agree more. No two are alike and when you get the one, it's yours forever. |

Keep em coming Madu! Very beautiful capture of this big cat in the wild, well done. The colors, light, shadows, all seem to be well adjusted. Having the animal in the moment of drinking does make this a great shot and it would have been more awesome to have had him looking right at you.
The body of the cat appears to be a bit fuzzy, but that is likely OK since the face is where your focus seems to be and the capture of his eyes is definitely detailed. I would agree with Larry and would have liked to see a little more lower angle and POV.
I wonder what it would have looked like to have more of a head-on shot. The tail seems a bit encroached by the bank and the opposite bank is a bit distracting, so I would have liked to have seen a different angle with more of a head shot looking towards the back of the cat. |

Very nice capture of a female Kestrel. They are definitely ellusive. With your lens and camera, you have managed very well your crop. Little loss of sharpness and even when I tried to make modifications to it, it was still way too blurry. I do like how you have positioned the bird to the right vs in the middle utilizing the rule of thirds. Definitely from the original, you were some distance away and you captured her nicely. |

Very nice capture of this bird in motion. I see you are shooting with a Sigma 150-600. I found when I had mine, after 500mm, the image was never sharp and the bokah was worse. That being said, Jason. It is a nice image.
I really like the motion of the bird and the way the wings are swept back. The top of the back wing is blurred and you do mention it could be our Tv, but you were shooting at 1/2500 sec, which is pretty fast with an ISO of 2000, so you seem to right on the money here. F-Stop may be another avenue to explore. Even at f/10, it could be this and wonder if you opened it up 1-2 stops, you may have been able to really match Tv with ISO and gotten a faster shot.
There is a lot of fuzziness to the entire bird as well. Any utilization of the Radial button to just isolate the bird and make your adjustments there? |

Stunning image! Details abound in this one Michael and I feel you have capture the essence of the vastness of this location well. I do like having the two individuals on the boulder as it creats depth and space and the sense of only being a spec on this earth.
The lighting appears to be well maintained as well and not too over highlighted within the sky, so you choice of sliders appears to be well layered. The foreground is a bit washed out with light, so maybe a decrease in highlights here. With the contrast of the clouds it does draw the boulders into the foreground more and you a lot of diagonal lines withe the mountain and clouds. I really like the cloud mist on the right as if I may be looking for a waterfall with heavy mist coming off. Adds a sense of intrigue, at least to me. |

I never tire of looking at this wonderful state I live in and then to see it from another's eyes is even more remarkable. I am so glad She gave you a bold look at her majestic colors on this one Larry.
The reflection in the pond is worth a million words and you are the only one with this image. It was yours for the taking sir, you did it proud. In reading the others' posts, I do see a bit of graininess in the sky and the water. However, It gives it the photo a bit of an oil paint feel when looking at it. I wonder if CPL filter would have been a better choice vs. the ND, although it does not have the vignetting a CPL may have had.
I would be always up for a hike with you in these mountains. I am creating my 2020 list of spots to shoot this year. My hope is to get them before someone else does.. LOL. |

What do you think about this rendition? I wasn't sure about lightening the foreground much, but now that I have, I do like it and in the same time, it adjused the sky on the left a little too. |
